I didn't get my login code
We email a 6-digit code. There is no password.
Check your spam folder, wait a minute and ask for a new code, or try another email address. The link in the email only logs you in on the device where you open it.

The portal says "You're early"
Before launch the portal is only open to the team and early access. We email you as soon as campaigns go live.
02Accounts and verification
How do I verify my account?
Go to Accounts, pick the platform and type your username. You get a code that starts with NAVO.
Put the code anywhere in your bio, save it, then tap Check now. TikTok, Instagram and YouTube are usually checked within minutes. X is checked by a person within 24 hours.
Once you are verified you can remove the code from your bio.

"Code not found in bio" or stuck on checking
Bios can take a few minutes to update. After you tap Check now we check again about 2, 10 and 30 minutes later.
Make sure the profile is public and the code is in the bio itself, not in a link. If we still can't read it, a person checks within 24 hours. Keep the code in your bio until then.

Why does a person check my account?
These always go to a person: X accounts, a handle that is already verified on another Navo account, a handle that belonged to a suspended user in the last 90 days, more than 3 accounts on one platform, and profiles we can't read. A person checks within 24 hours.

"We couldn't find a profile called @…"
The username is wrong. Remove the account and add it again with the exact username. You get a new code.
"That account is already linked to a Navo profile"
Each social account can only be linked to one Navo profile. If the account is yours, report it and we will sort it out.

Can I change the account I post from?
Yes, at any time. Go to Accounts, link the new account and verify it with the code in your bio. You can have more than one account, also on the same platform.
To stop using an account, press Remove this account. If it has clips, we keep it under "Not in use" so those clips keep counting and get paid as usual. Press Use again to bring it back, no new code needed.
To fix a username, remove the account and add it again.

How do I post with Instagram?
You can submit Reels to every campaign that runs on Instagram. First link your Instagram account under Accounts and verify it with the code in your bio. Until it is verified, Instagram does not show under "Posted from" on the campaign page.
Keep the account public, so we can see the reel and count its views.
A creator account is optional, but worth it. In the Instagram app open Settings, then Account type and tools, then Switch to professional account, and pick Creator. It is free and shows you how each reel performs.
New account? Add a profile photo and a bio, and use it like a normal account for a few days: follow some accounts, watch and like reels. Start with one or two reels a day.
To submit: post the reel, tap Share, then Copy link, and paste that link on the campaign page.

Can I use a brand new account?
Yes. You don't need followers or old posts. Link the account under Accounts and verify it with the code in your bio, then post your clips from it.
If you link more than 3 accounts on one platform, a person checks the new one, usually within 24 hours.

03Campaigns and submitting
Why can't I submit to this campaign?
You need a verified account on one of the campaign's platforms, the campaign must be live, and its budget must not be used up.
Campaigns in early access only take clips from eligible clippers until they open to everyone.
Last updated 5 October 2026
What is early access?
Some campaigns open 24 to 48 hours early to waitlist members and to clippers at Pro or higher. Everyone else can submit once it opens. The time is shown on the campaign.
How do I submit a clip?
Post the clip from your verified account and make sure the post is public.
Copy the link to the post itself, not to your profile. Paste it on the campaign page, tick the checks and submit.

Can I post the same clip on more than one platform?
Yes, as long as each version is adapted to the platform. Change the format, for example put the text somewhere else, change the hook or the length. Submit each post's own link.
An identical copy is rejected, and the same post link can only be submitted once.
Last updated 5 October 2026
Can I edit or delete a clip I submitted?
While it is in review you can remove it in My clips and submit again. After review it can't be changed.
04Reviews and rejections
How long does review take?
Usually within 48 hours. Elite and Legend clips are reviewed first.
Last updated 5 October 2026
Why was my clip rejected?
The reason is shown on the clip in My clips and in the email we sent you.
Common reasons: the clip doesn't follow the brief, hashtags are missing, the post is private or on the wrong account, or the link opens a profile instead of the post.
Last updated 5 October 2026
Can I submit a post I am also paid for on another platform?
No. A post can only be paid once. If you are paid for a post through another clipping or creator platform, network or campaign, don't submit that post to Navo.
You can still work with other platforms. Post a separate clip for Navo and submit that link. If we find the same post paid in two places, we reject it here and may hold back what it earned.
Last updated 5 October 2026
Can I fix a rejected clip, or ask you to look again?
The same post can't be submitted again. Post a new clip that fits the brief and submit that link.
If you think the decision is wrong, press "Question about this decision?" on the clip in My clips. Someone else on the team looks at it again, usually within 48 hours, and their answer is final.

05Views and earnings
How does a creator pool campaign pay?
A share of the campaign's profit is split every two weeks by your share of the verified views in that period. 30% of the views means 30% of the pool.
Last updated 5 October 2026
How does a pay per view campaign pay?
You earn a fixed amount per 1,000 verified views on each approved clip, sometimes up to a maximum per clip.
It runs until the campaign's budget is used up. Clips are paid in the order they were approved, and new clips are refused once the budget is gone.
Last updated 5 October 2026
Is there a minimum number of views?
Some campaigns show "Counts from X views per clip". Below that a clip earns $0. Above it, every view counts.
Last updated 5 October 2026
Why are my views lower than in the app?
Only verified views count. We update the views on your clips at least every 12 hours, so the number can lag behind TikTok, Instagram or YouTube for a while.
Bought or botted views never count.
Last updated 5 October 2026
Why is my amount an estimate?
On a pay per view campaign a clip keeps earning for 30 days after you post it, so its amount follows the views. Each payout pays what it has earned since the last one.
On a creator pool campaign a clip gets its amount once the period's profit is in, and it stays an estimate until the period closes.

How do tiers work?
There are five tiers: Rookie, Rising, Pro, Elite and Legend. They are based on how many campaigns you've had clips approved in, your verified views, how many of your clips get approved, and recent activity.
Tiers don't change your pay. Pro and up get early access to new campaigns, and Elite and Legend clips are reviewed first.
06Payouts
When do I get paid?
Every two weeks. A 14-day period ends on a Sunday. We then lock the amounts and send the money by the Friday after. You get an email when your payout is locked and another when it is sent.
You see every payout, its status and its reference under My clips.
Last updated 5 October 2026
Is there a minimum payout?
Yes, $5. If you have earned less than that when a period is locked, the amount carries over and is paid with your next payout. Nothing is lost, and it keeps growing with your views.
The first payout, on 16 October 2026, has no minimum: every amount is paid.
Last updated 5 October 2026
Why is my payout on hold?
A payout waits when we need to check something first: your payout details are missing or were changed in the last 7 days, a clip was flagged, or PayPal can't pay out to your country.
Add or fix your payout details under Profile. If everything looks right on your side, we usually sort it out within a day or two. Flagged clips are paid with the next payout once they are cleared.
Last updated 5 October 2026
How do I add or change my payout details?
Go to Profile, then Payout details. Add your legal name, address, and PayPal or crypto (USDC, BTC or ETH and the network). USDT is paused for now. We email you every time they change.
Check crypto addresses twice. A wrong address or network can't be recovered.

I got "payout details changed" but it wasn't me
Report it right away so we can stop payouts to the new details, then log in and check your Profile.

07Referrals and your account
How does the referral bonus work?
You and your friend both get a bonus. It unlocks when your friend completes 3 campaigns or reaches 10,000 verified views, and it is paid with the next payout.
A friend can add your code within 14 days of signing up, before their first approved clip.
How do I change my login email?
Go to Profile, then Login email, and enter the new address. We email you a link to confirm it. Until you click the link, you keep logging in with the old address.
Last updated 5 October 2026
How do I stop emails?
Turn off the emails you don't want in Profile, then Email settings. Login codes, payout receipts, rejected clips and replies to your reports are always sent, because you need them.
Last updated 5 October 2026
How do I delete my account or download my data?
Go to Profile, then Your data. If you have been paid before, we keep the payout records (usually for 7 years) and close the account instead of deleting it.
