Clipping on
four platforms.
Navo campaigns run on TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and X. The idea is the same everywhere, but verification, links and view counts differ a little. Each campaign lists the platforms it runs on.
01Prove the account is yours
On every platform you link the account under Accounts, get a code that starts with NAVO, and put it anywhere in your bio. TikTok, Instagram and YouTube are usually checked within minutes. X is checked by a person within 24 hours. Once you are verified you can remove the code from your bio.
The account must be public. You can link more than one account, also on the same platform, but more than three on one platform goes to a person for a check.
02TikTok
Post the clip, then copy the link to the video itself, not to your profile. A brand new account works: you do not need followers. Keep the video public so the views can be read.
03Instagram Reels
Link and verify your Instagram account first. Until it is verified, Instagram is not offered under “Posted from” on the campaign page. Keep the account public.
A creator account is optional but useful, since it shows how each reel performs. On a brand new account, use it normally for a few days first and start with one or two reels a day. To submit, tap Share on the reel, then Copy link.
04YouTube Shorts
Submit the link to the Short itself. Make sure the Short is public and posted from the channel you verified.
05X
X accounts are always checked by a person, so allow up to 24 hours for verification. Submit the link to the post. Views on X are checked by hand rather than automatically, so they may update a little later than on the other platforms.
06One clip, several platforms
You may post the same idea on more than one platform if each version is adapted to it: change the format, the hook or the length. Submit each post’s own link. An identical copy is rejected, and the same post link can only be submitted once.
07Questions
Which platforms does Navo support?
TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and X. Each campaign lists the platforms it runs on.
Why is Instagram not shown when I submit?
Your Instagram account has to be linked and verified first. After that it shows under “Posted from” on campaigns that run on Instagram.
Which link do I submit?
The link to the post itself, not to your profile.
Can I post the same clip on TikTok and Instagram?
Yes, if each version is adapted to the platform. Submit each post’s own link.
