Get your clips
approved.
A clip only earns money once it is approved. Review is simple and based on the written brief, so most rejections are easy to avoid once you know what is checked.
01What reviewers look at
- Does it follow the brief? The right content, the angle and the points the campaign asks for.
- Required text and hashtags. If the brief asks for them, they must be there.
- Public post, right account. It has to be posted from a verified account of yours and be public.
- The right link. The link must open the post itself, not a profile.
- Real views. Bought or botted views are not accepted.
02The most common reasons for rejection
| Reason | How to avoid it |
|---|---|
| Does not follow the brief | Re-read the brief before you export. Check what to say and what to avoid. |
| Hashtags missing | Add the required hashtags in the caption before you post. |
| Private post or wrong account | Set the post to public and post from a verified account. |
| Link opens a profile | Use Share, then Copy link on the post. |
| Identical copy across platforms | Adapt each version: format, hook or length. |
03If your clip is rejected
The reason is shown on the clip under My clips and in the email we send. The same post cannot be submitted again, so post a new clip that fits the brief and submit that link.
If you think the decision is wrong, press “Question about this decision?” on the clip. Someone else on the team looks at it again, usually within 48 hours, and their answer is final.
04Habits that keep approval high
- Start on the most interesting frame and keep the clip tight, often 10 to 30 seconds.
- Read the brief every time, since campaigns differ.
- Submit while the post is fresh, and keep it public until it is paid.
- Do one thing well, then repeat: several good clips a week beat one perfect one.
05Questions
How long does review take?
Usually within 48 hours. Elite and Legend clips are reviewed first.
Can I fix a rejected clip?
The same post cannot be submitted again. Post a new clip that fits the brief. If you disagree, use “Question about this decision?” on the clip.
Can I edit or delete a clip after submitting?
While it is in review you can remove it in My clips and submit again. After review it cannot be changed.
Do tiers change what I earn?
No. Tiers do not change your pay. Pro and up get early access to new campaigns, and Elite and Legend clips are reviewed first.
